Proxy & Bylaws

If you cannot make a meeting in person, but still wish to vote, you can appoint a Proxy. A proxy holder can vote for you but cannot already be an SCRC member, and must be from your same voting district. Our membership E-Mail list is notified a week prior to every meeting with the Official Call and Meeting Agenda. The email list is the most reliable and up-to-date way to stay informed on meetings. If you’re not sure about anything, or are not receiving the emails prior to each meeting, please email our Secretary, Bonnie Hoepfinger, with your inquiries for clarification.
